  • Fiber distribution and forming uniformity: The forming fabric directly affects the uniformity, strength and smoothness of the paper by supporting the wet paper and controlling the directional arrangement of the fibers. The double layer forming fabric can reduce fiber aggregation and improve the control ability of the paper’s two-side inspection through the interwoven structure of the upper and lower layers.
  • (2) Dehydration efficiency and mesh surface performance: The air permeability and dehydration performance of the forming fabric determine the dehydration amount of the mesh.
