Double Layer Forming Fabric

The double layer forming fabric is composed of two layers of independently woven mesh. The upper and lower layers use fiber diameters and densities of different densities to adapt to different pulp characteristics. Sun Hong’s forming fabric made of high strength synthetic fiber materials has good durability and tensile resistance, and can be used for paperboard, newsprint, and household paper.

Compared with single layer forming fabric, double layer forming fabric has better wear resistance, paper quality, and dehydration efficiency.

Compared with 1.5 layer forming fabric, double layer forming fabric has better fineness and uniformity, and its support and durability are also improved.
