What is Fiber Cement Board Felt?

The fiber cement board felt is used for producing the fiber cement board. Fiber cement board is a typical decorative fiber reinforced calcium silicate board manufactured using special processes. Using silicon and calcium as the main materials, exquisite techniques such as rolling and pressing are employed to produce calcium silicate boards with a crystal structure dominated by mullite (C5S6H5) through steam curing, surface polishing, and other treatments. Decorative panels produced by high-temperature and high-pressure steaming and drying treatment have excellent characteristics such as light weight, high strength, fire resistance, smokelessness, waterproofing, mildew resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, no deformation, and no rupture.
