Sun Hong SSB Triple Layer Forming Fabric

The SSB triple layer forming fabric is a forming fabric designed for high end paper production. Different from single layer and double layer forming fabrics, Sun Hong’s SSB triple layer forming fabric is composed of triple layers of yarns: upper, middle and lower. The upper layer uses warp and weft with finer diameters and a plain weave structure to increase the retention rate of fine fibers and ensure the smoothness of the paper surface and more uniform paper production. The middle layer uses paired wefts to connect the upper and lower layers for stability and to improve dehydration efficiency. The lower layer uses thicker yarns to increase the wear resistance and strength of the forming fabric, ensuring that the forming fabric can maintain strength and stability even at high speeds.
