The desulfurization mesh belt undergoes a high-temperature shaping and calendering post-treatment process to adapt to high-temperature working conditions, The semi dry desulfurization process utilizes the sensible heat of flue gas to increase the absorption of water in the liquid, resulting in a dry powder final product.

Wet desulfurization process is  mainly involves cooling the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas and introducing it into an absorbent solution or slurry to recover SO2 and other by-products through reaction. It has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency and recyclable absorbent. In terms of market share, the limestone/gypsum desulfurization process, which is relatively mature in wet flue gas treatment, is basically chosen in the market, with a market share of over 85% in China’s flue gas treatment market.
