Two Types of Corrugated Cardboard Conveyor Belt Structures
The corrugated cardboard conveyor belt is a three-dimensional structure, also known as a three-dimensional spatial structure. Woven conveyor belt is a planar structure, also known as a warp and weft weaving structure. Woven conveyor belt is woven from warp and weft strands through a weaving machine, and the weaving process has been used for hundreds of years until now. The needle method was only invented and used abroad in the past thirty years, and the product is processed by needle punching and has a three-dimensional structure. Flat structures and three-dimensional structures, the latter being three-dimensional spatial structures with complex internal structures, varied constructions, and particularly strong adaptability, are widely used in engineering applications. Many items are within the scope of three-dimensional structures, such as corrugated cardboard. Due to the intervention of corrugated paper, it has become a three-dimensional structure. Suitable for packaging and transportation of many items, corrugator belts have fundamentally different internal structures due to different processing methods.

Working Principle of Corrugated Cardboard Conveyor Belt
The corrugated cardboard conveyor belt works on a double facer by transferring heat from the hot plate to the cardboard (the cardboard absorbs heat). The paste in the cardboard emits moisture during the gelatinization (bonding) process, which is absorbed by the corrugator belt (only absorbed, moisture stored). The corrugated cardboard conveyor belt enters the cooling section and gradually discharges the moisture. The conveyor belt at work stirs the air at high speed to form wind, which exchanges the moisture inside the belt. The exchange of wind (air) with hot and humid gases is called convective heat transfer. The mechanical dragging of the conveyor belt completes one heat exchange process after another. The speed of the heat exchange process depends on the processing technology of the conveyor belt and the raw materials selected for the corrugator belt.
