What is a Corrugated Cardboard Conveyor Belt?

The corrugated cardboard conveyor belt is a special conveyor belt on the corrugated paper production line. The corrugated paper core is pressed into a wave shape by the single face corrugated and bonded with the surface paper to form a single faced corrugated board. It is then pressed into three layer, five layer, and seven layer corrugated board with adhesive and installed above the heating plate and cooling plate.

Corrugated Cardboard Conveyor Belt Operation Process

After the cardboard sheets are glued, they are fed into the double-facing machine. The conveyor belt supports the cardboard and applies even pressure, ensuring that the cardboard remains in close contact with the heated plate. Heat from the plate evaporates moisture from the cardboard, and the cardboard then enters the cooling zone. The conveyor belt continues to transport the cardboard, allowing it to cool and set, ensuring stable dimensions. After drying and setting, the corrugated cardboard is conveyed off the machine.

Application of Corrugated Cardboard Conveyor Belt

Tensile strength: up to 65Mpa in the longitudinal direction.

Heat resistance: softening point 260 ℃.

Moisture absorption: Rapid moisture absorption and removal, allowing the cardboard to dry quickly, with a standard moisture regain of 6.5% (measured in the laboratory at RH65% temperature of 20 ℃).

Breathability: Breathability>400m3/m? H (1kpa) (pressure difference of 300pa during laboratory measurement).

Conveyor belt connector: electrostatic flocking oblique interface, non-woven fabric covering.

Using an American 8000 punching machine, the stainless steel buckle is embedded deeper through hot extrusion, with a maximum hot pressure of 250 ℃ and a pressure of 550bat. The flocking is made of elastic and wear-resistant 20D nylon fluff, which ensures that the steel buckle is not damaged during high-speed operation of the conveyor belt and avoids delamination and pressure marks during the production of cardboard.
