What is a Seam Press Felt?

As a new generation of press felt, seam press felt is more popular than endless felt under paper making conditions with less stringent requirements on imprint. Also a high performance press felt for the press section of paper machine. Unlike endless felt, seam press felt have special seam. Sun Hong seam press felt use seam rings made of high strength monofilaments with nylon staple fibers on both sides. Compared to ordinary paper making felts, this significantly reduces press felt changing time, saves manpower, and improves work efficiency.
