Flocking Dryer Fabric is a composite structural material composed of a surface fiber layer, a polyester based mesh layer, and a bottom fiber layer. High temperature resistant fibers are implanted into the surface of the mesh using needle punching technology to form a batt fiber layer. According to base layer type, the flocking dryer fabric can be divided into woven mesh flocking dryer fabric and spiral mesh flocking dryer fabric. The base layer of woven mesh type is woven by warp and weft yarn, the spiral type adopts a spiral winding structure.

Flocking Dryer Fabric Production Process

The composite design adopts a needle punched base mesh combined with synthetic dry fibers to form a smooth contact layer relative to the paper surface, equipped with self-supporting seams for easy installation. The fabric structure has excellent dimensional stability and damage resistance, supporting efficient cleaning on the machine. The sturdy seamless spiral seam simplifies the installation process while ensuring excellent strength, smooth surface, and long-lasting durability.

• Base Mesh: Specially made high-temperature resistant polyester material.
• Fiber layer: Using short fibers from INVISTA (formerly DuPont technology) in the United States, it can sustainably withstand high temperature and high humidity conditions.
• Enhancement process: Adding two-component hot-melt short fibers significantly improves the bonding strength between fibers and between fibers and the base mesh, thereby enhancing wear resistance and extending service life.
