In a paper machine, the dehydration of the vacuum roll will not change much. If the dehydration effect of the press felt is not good, Carrying paper with a high moisture content into the shoe press belt will cause the shoe cover to fluctuate and limit its service life.
Therefore, when the paper machine is replaced with a new press felt, it will be driven at low speed for a period of time, and then run at high speed after the felt dehydration effect is improved.
In addition, press felt choose a type is also very particular to shoe press belt. For press belt that are in direct contact with shoe press belt, if the reverse side is not soft enough or has no flocked fibers, it will cause wear to the surface resin layer of the boot covers. Therefore, both sides are generally required in production There are press belt with flocked fibers, and make sure the press belt is flat during installation to prevent damage to the shoe press belt.
Dryer cylinder temperature：
In normal production, it is very necessary to maintain constant temperature and pressure of the steam in the dryer cylinder.
The steam entering the dryer cylinder reaches about 210℃, and the surface temperature of the dryer cylinder where the paper contacts is about 80℃.
The shoe press belt is pasted to the dryer cylinder through the press felt. If the steam in the dryer cylinder is unstable, the production of the shoe pressure plate will change slightly, resulting in shoe pressure fluctuations and affecting the service life of the shoe press belt.
