Press Filter Belt

The Press filter belt reduces the air permeability and material loss of the screen surface by adding filler wires in the spiral ring. The press filter is mainly used for the press filter bag of the belt dehydrator. The pressure filter has a high filtration accuracy, especially for fine particles.

Press filter belt is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, alcohol, vinegar, coal washing and mining, pulp washing, sludge dehydration, food, drying and other industries.

Mono filament filter cloth is mainly used to filter medium particles, with good filtering effect, smooth surface and easy to clean.
Both the multi-layer filter cloth and the mono filament filter cloth have good filtration and mechanical properties, and are suitable for broadband filters that require high mechanical properties of the fabric.

Main Features

• Spiral filter screen is a kind of spiral net with filler in the middle, which can reduce the air permeability, compact the mesh, reduce the material loss on the mesh, and increase the lateral stiffness of the mesh

• Spiral pressure filternet is mainly used for sludge dewatering in sewage treatment plant. It has the characteristics of air permeability and water permeability, high temperature resistance of 180 ℃, acid and alkali resistance and impermeability of sludge.
• Due to its design structure, sludge is easy to be stripped after pressure filtration, so it is easy to clean. The service life of the net is long.
