The shoe press is to change the instantaneous dynamic dehydration of the roller press to the long-term wide-press dehydration under static pressure. In contrast, the nip width of the shoe press is several times that of the traditional press. The shoe press adopts a higher line pressure, which is beneficial to the dehydration efficiency and solidification of the paper, which can make the paper web have better strength before drying, and the press section can obtain better performance.
Notice:
（1）shoe press belt need to be pre-supported 24 hours before installation to avoid affecting the life of the shoe press belt. (Put it on the mounting frame and let the shoe press belt flaps release naturally)
（2）The section sealing plate is installed symmetrically to avoid local bulging.
（3）The installation of the cross-section sealing block cannot be tightened directly at one time. After the “ears” are pre-installed, rotate and tap the shoe press belt to ensure uniformity before locking.
（4）The center distance of the shoe press belt is aligned with the center distance of the boot frame.
（5）Remove the old shoe press belt and install the new shoe press belt to avoid dust and other impurities from falling on the surface, otherwise the inner wall of the shoe press belt may be damaged in the future.
（6）Before installing the shoe press belt, reduce the installation distance in the CD direction of the shoe press belt, and after the installation is completed, loosen the ejector rod to make the shoe press belt fully tense.
