Corrugator Belt

Corrugator cardboard conveyor belt is a specialized belt used in corrugator cardboard production lines for double-sided machines. The corrugator core paper is pressed into a corrugated shape by a single-sided corrugator machine and bonded with the surface paper to form single-sided corrugatoe cardboard, which is then laminated with glue to form three-layer, five layer, and seven layer corrugator cardboard. The corrugator conveyor belt is installed above the hot plate and cooling section, and is woven from various synthetic fibers. It can withstand high temperature, high pressure, high humidity, and high friction during operation, ensuring accurate bonding and timely drying of the cardboard, providing safe and reliable guarantee for the smooth production of tile lines.

Heat resistance: softening point 260 ℃.

Moisture absorption: Rapid moisture absorption and removal, allowing the cardboard to dry quickly, with a standard moisture regain of 6.5% (measured in the laboratory at RH65% temperature of 20 ℃).

Breathability: Breathability>400m3/m? H (1kpa) (pressure difference of 300pa during laboratory measurement).

Conveyor belt connector: electrostatic flocking oblique interface, non-woven fabric covering.

Using an American 8000 punching machine, the stainless steel buckle is embedded deeper through hot extrusion, with a maximum hot pressure of 250 ℃ and a pressure of 550bat. The flocking is made of elastic and wear-resistant 20D nylon fluff, which ensures that the steel buckle is not damaged during high-speed operation of the conveyor belt and avoids delamination and pressure marks during the production of cardboard.
